Pack a punch with my power shake
for one person
1 banana
300ml soya milk (or milk of choice)
6 nuts almonds are good or cashews
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon wheat grass powder
1 heaped tablespoon raw cacao
75g blueberries
ice cubes (your choice the amount)
1 teaspoon chai seeds
couple extra blueberries
how to make
put all of these yummy ingredients into a blender and whizz away, while thinking positive thoughts or chanting your favourite mantra...
then....pour into a glass
optional to top shake with 1 teaspoon of chai seeds and couple blueberries and enjoy the crunchiness of chai seeds as you savour the taste of yummy pack a punch power shake.... mmmm
