the end of the journey or is it the beginning?

we shall not cease frOM exploration & the end of all our exploring will BE to arrive where we started & know the place for the first time ~ T.S Elliot

Over the weeks we've journeyed together in the vehicle of our indvidual bodies to sOMe enLIGHTening places and now we've arrived at the last chakra of the body Sahasrara ~ the Crown Chakra ~ all about consciousness, thought, unity, awakening, meditation. 

We've journeyed we've moved together as a cOMmUNITY so you experience the infinite at the gateway of the Divine; Sahasrara. YOU've removed the blockages to dwell in the unity of Divine consciousness and awakening to all that is. Moving up the chakras towards unity, liberation and the infinite does have its challenges; day to day tasks pull you away from fulfilling liberation, thank heavens for Yoga, meditatiom, pranayama as this is time to allow you to re-connect, to experience and retunr to Oneness, to unity to nourish your body, mind, heart and soul.

I invite you to let the Divine be invited in, flow through you ~ let yourSelf invite the Divine in and lovingly receive it with every fibre and cell of your entire BEing as you awakening to and witness your own limitless nature...

Use the sacred temple of your body and go inside and meditate, breathe, then bring the meditations to motion in the vinyasas so every asana BEcOMes a prayer frOM the heart of bodily temple so every alignment serves you to the highest and enCOURAGEs you to open your Crown to the infinite and dance with the Divine
